Tuition & Fee Information
- A $150.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany each Kindergarten application.
- A $185.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany each application for grades 1st – 8th.
- Crossroads uses a simple fee structure, so curriculum fees, standard field trip fees, and the sustaining fund fee are all included in the Tuition price. In the event of withdrawal, final fees will be calculated with full payment of curriculum fees, field trip fees, and sustaining fund before tuition owed. Fees are non-refundable.
- Continuous Enrollment Deadline is March 1st, 2021.
- Tuition is payable in 10 equal monthly installments on the 1st (August ’21 – May ’22)
- Any payment that is received after the 5th of each month will be assessed a $30.00 late fee
- Returned checks will be assessed a $50 fee
- There is an additional charge of $50 for curriculum fees if admitted after the first week of school.
- Standard Field trip fees are now included in the tuition price. Any additional costs will be paid as trips are scheduled. Grades 5 through 8 include an overnight field trip. Each of these trips is designed to be part of the curriculum and is strongly recommended. Field trip destinations are subject to change to meet the objectives of our current curriculum.

FAQs
What is a covenant school?
Crossroads is a covenant school and thus requires both parents to be born-again believers in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. They should also be members in good standing of an evangelical, Bible-believing Church.
What grades are offered and what are the hours?
Crossroads Christian School holds classes for grades K-8.
Kindergarten – Monday – Thursday 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Grades 1, 2 – Monday – Wednesday 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, Thursday 8:30 AM – 2:40 PM Parents teach Enrichment classes from 12:30 PM – 2:45 PM on Thursdays.
Grades 3-8 – Monday – Thursday 8:30 AM – 2:45 PM
All grades – Friday – Mandatory Home School Day , Field Trips and planned activities occur on some Fridays.
What Is The First Step To Submit An Application?
To begin the application process, please contact Susan Dell, Enrollment Coordinator, at 770.487.0677 or sdell@ccsadmin.org. All parents of applicants are required to view a video on our school philosophy (on the explore page of our website) and to read the book For The Children’s Sake (by Susan Schaeffer Macaulay) before submitting an application.
When Can We Apply?
Applications are accepted for admission throughout the year, provided there is availability in the requested grade. For fall admission we encourage early application as the process is quite thorough and may take several weeks to complete.
