Crossroads Christian School
Love God. Love Learning. Serve Others.
We are a covenant community nurturing the whole child to love God, love learning, and serve others.
A Word From Our
Head of School
Crossroads is a covenant community nurturing the whole child to love God, love learning, and serve others. Everything we do at CCS is filtered through this purpose. Our philosophy of education is inspired by Charlotte Mason, a prolific writer and educator at the turn of the twentieth century. Miss Mason believed, as we do, that education should go well beyond college prep, career prep, and standardized test prep.
At CCS, we learn through relationships: experiencing things together with hands-on activities, reading stories about real people instead of facts about them, exploring God’s creation, going on field trips, doing service projects, performing experiments, and more.

What Families Are Saying
At Crossroads, one of the ideals is teaching the whole child, and we have seen it in practice as well as the benefits. He tells us about chapel and the Hebrew Names of God, and even applies Biblical truths to life scenarios! We are amazed at how the Holy Spirit is working in his life! We didn’t know what the Charlotte Mason model meant or even who she was before applying. However, we do now… and see the benefits! The curriculum, staff and families of Crossroads Christian School are full of love, faith and like-mindedness about education.
The Teffeau Family
During our four years at CCS, our children have been so loved and well cared for by the teachers and staff. We are blessed to know that their school is continuing the work we do at home to teach a Biblical worldview and to point them to Christ as they learn and play. Crossroads provides our children a broad, thorough, and excellent education, but the greatest treasure we have found here is that the teachers and staff prioritize our children’s salvation and growth in Christian truths.
We pursued Crossroads as young, first time parents when we met a couple of families at Carriage Lane and were so impressed with their children! They were well mannered, and had such a desire to learn! We wanted the same for our children. I remember thinking that we had prepared so much for pregnancy, and raising our children without ever really giving a thought to schooling! We were at a total loss, I simply could not fathom sending our kids off to public school where we had no influence and no idea what our kids would be learning or exposed to. We were so thankful to find Crossroads.
The Fix Family
We love Crossroads! We've seen our daughter thrive and flourish in this unique and loving environment.
The Charlotte Mason philosophy and Biblical foundation for truth at Crossroads Christian School is a refreshing and needed way to approach our kid's education. It also combines the best aspects of homeschooling and traditional school, which also de-emphasizes digital technology.
The Jarboe Family
They had excellent teachers who genuinely cared about their well being in all areas of growth: educationally, spiritually, and relationally. They all were passionate about what they did, sought the Lord for guidance, and prayed with and for our children. This laid a firm foundation for each of them to see that faith in God and a daily walk with Him is a priority that is not just seen at home and at church, but in the lives of many others and something they would like to emulate.
